Tailor the pass to the prospect! Tons of resources available! Search them!

DO NOT pass a personalized email or message. Use something that is professional and credible and let the info do the selling. Not you!

Example for Product Prospect: "Check this out! Here is an overview of the products and company. I'll check back later today/tomorrow to see what you thought (insert overview video)"

Example for Business Prospect: "Check out these 2 short videos! Here is an overview of the company, business and products. Check out this guy’s success story. Pretty impressive. Thought you'd appreciate it! (insert lifestyle video)"
FOLLOW UP IS KEY!!!

And timely! You followup within 24-48 while there are excited!

Ask them "Did you have a chance to check out the videos yet?" (“review the (fill in blank) yet?”)

If NO, "I'll check back tomorrow" or "when do you think you'll have time to take a look?" Check back again, either when they say they'll look or in a 24-48 hours.

If the pass was product sample. Supply info with it and give best customer service. Explain instructions, ask when they will try it, and check with them as soon as they try!

If YES to view, read, or tried, "Great! I'd love to chat and get your feedback and share more about the products/business. When's a good time to talk?"

Suggest a time. "Is tonight good? Or would tomorrow be better?" Nail down a time.

If you know the person well or if they are a BIG prospect you may want to do a sit down or invite to meeting or event. If you don't have success getting a call time, go back and invite to conference call or meeting.

If they still don’t respond, give it a little more time and send a different tool. Ex. Maybe you sent the overview video and get nothing. Try the “Moringa” Article. Different tools speak to different people. Know/learn your prospect! Then follow- up process again
